Alberta James holds a Masters Degree in Educational Therapy with a Certificate in Educational Therapy from Holy Names University in Oakland, California. She is a Professional Educational Therapist (ET/P) with the Association of Educational Therapists. A graduate of the University of California Berkeley, she holds a degree in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics and previously worked in Public Health providing nutrition education and lactation support for low-income families in California. As a parent, she homeschooled her two learning different children.
Alberta is an avid bicycle tourist and completed a transcontinental bicycle tour the summer of 2019 on a tandem bicycle. When she is not out riding her bike, she cultivates a colorful flower garden and also fosters kittens for a local non-profit. |
